📜 Terms of Service – WinBook App

Welcome to WinBook. By downloading, accessing, or using the WinBook mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the WinBook app. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must sign in using Google Sign-In authentication. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • All activities that occur under your account.

3. User Content & AI Generation

WinBook allows you to create and store content such as daily wins, reflections, and gifted stories (“User Content”).

  • Ownership: You retain full ownership of your User Content.
  • AI Features: When using the "Gift a Story" feature, your input is processed via AI to generate content. Similarly, AI is used to provide real-time responses to your logged wins and to create personalized daily stories.
  • User Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring your inputs do not violate any laws or third-party rights. By using these features, you acknowledge that AI-generated content is created based on the data you provide.
  • AI Limitations: AI-generated text is intended for inspiration and personal growth. WinBook is not responsible for inaccuracies or the subjective nature of AI-generated content.
  • Backup: You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important information.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or to harass others.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App.
  • Distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm the App or its users.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

"As Is" Basis: WinBook is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

No Professional Advice: The App is intended for personal productivity and reflection only. It does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice.

Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, WinBook shall not be liable for any data loss, device issues, or indirect damages resulting from your use of the App.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the App. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time via the in-app settings.
